Shoulder Pain

Most shoulder pain has a movement-pattern fix, not a surgery fix.

About Shoulder Pain

The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body and the easiest to dysfunction. Most shoulder pain, rotator cuff, impingement, even early frozen shoulder, responds extremely well to a combination of adjusting, soft-tissue work, and rehab.

We assess scapular mechanics, thoracic mobility, and cervical input, then treat the actual driver.

Common causes

  • Rotator cuff strain or impingement
  • Scapular dyskinesis (poor shoulder blade control)
  • Cervical referral
  • Thoracic spine stiffness
  • Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)

How we treat it

  • Shoulder mobility and rotator cuff rehab
  • Thoracic spine adjusting
  • Soft-tissue release for pec, lat, traps
  • Posture correction
