Leg Pain

Leg pain is rarely 'a leg problem.' We trace the cause back to the spine, the pelvis, or the muscle that's referring.

About Leg Pain

Pain that radiates down the leg most often comes from the lumbar spine (sciatica), the SI joint, the glute or piriformis muscle, or the hip itself. Identifying the source determines the treatment.

We work backwards from your symptom pattern to the structure causing it, then build care that addresses the actual driver.

Common causes

  • Lumbar disc bulge or herniation (sciatica)
  • SI joint dysfunction
  • Piriformis or glute trigger points
  • Hip joint dysfunction
  • Vascular causes (rule out by exam)

How we treat it

  • Lumbar and SI adjusting
  • Decompression for disc-driven cases
  • Piriformis release and nerve glides
  • Hip and gait rehab
