Neck Pain

Whether it's a fresh tweak, a stiff morning, or a decade of desk-driven strain, we know necks.

About Neck Pain

Neck pain is rarely just neck pain. The cervical spine, upper traps, sub-occipitals, and shoulder girdle work together, when one is restricted, the others compensate.

We screen for posture, joint motion, soft-tissue tone, and (when warranted) imaging. Most cases respond quickly to targeted adjusting plus soft-tissue work.

Common causes

  • Forward-head posture from screen time
  • Whiplash or sudden strain
  • Cervical disc bulge or facet irritation
  • Trigger points in upper traps, levator scapulae
  • Stress and chronic muscle guarding

How we treat it

  • Cervical adjustments (manual, Activator, or Arthrostim)
  • Trigger-point release on neck and shoulder muscles
  • Postural retraining and ergonomic guidance
  • Targeted exercise rehab
