The short version
After a collision, timely evaluation and accurate documentation matter. We take a history, perform an examination, and order X-rays or other tests only when clinically indicated. When conservative chiropractic care is appropriate, the plan is based on the findings; we refer when another level or type of care is needed. We can coordinate records with an attorney and help verify available PIP or insurance benefits, but coverage is determined by the policy and insurer.

- Emergency symptoms after a crash—such as severe headache, loss of consciousness, chest or abdominal pain, breathing difficulty, major weakness, or uncontrolled bleeding—need emergency care first.
- Candidacy and response
- Conservative care is offered only when the examination supports it. Results vary, and treatment does not guarantee recovery, insurance payment, or a legal outcome.
- Referral
- Suspected fracture, significant neurologic findings, concussion concerns, or symptoms outside chiropractic scope are referred for appropriate medical evaluation.

What the research shows
Florida law generally requires initial services and care within 14 days after a motor-vehicle accident for PIP medical benefits. Eligibility, limits, deductibles, and payment still depend on the claim and policy.
